Want to exchange or return an item? No problem! You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it.
To start a return, please send an email to contact@petree.nl with your order number and customer details. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- What are our return conditions?
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, no explanation needed.
Please make sure returned items are in resaleable condition and include all original labels and packaging.
- What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Despite our care, a product may be damaged during shipping or arrive with a defect. We're here to help.
Send an email to contact@petree.nl with a photo of the damaged or defective item. Our team will get in touch promptly to find a solution.
- Can I return my order after the 30-day return period?
Please try to return products within the 30-day period. If the return window has passed, contact our customer service team to discuss available options.
- How long does it take to receive my refund?
We aim to process returns efficiently. Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days.
You can track your return with your return shipment’s tracking number. Once received, the 10-day processing period begins.
You will receive a confirmation once your refund is processed. Please note: it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
